LOTD Apr 23 - Bliss Couture & Frozen Panty

My look today is inspired by Bliss Couture’s  famous Aspasia feather top. I was so glad Amutey decided to open her “Bliss Basic” section last season, and she recently released lots of new Basic designs! Like the pants shown here, Tutu Jeans, glittery with bell cuffs, available in several colors. A must have.
